Are there particular aspects of the NPL concept that concern you?  Can you think of a forum where a concept like this might be examined?</description>

		<description>While I&#039;m not convinced of the National Library Corporation concept, I do completely agree about these mini-grants. It costs more to apply than it would just to pay for what you want to do, without restrictions. Most of these grants are for even less money, so that you can pay for 10 books, and then maintain all this work around it. 

I think any organization should develop a grant threshold so that they know how much time is going into grant writing and what the minimum grant threshold should be. Anything under $10,000 is probably counter-productive to the organization.</description>
